User onboarding invite is not delivered

Problem

Users are unable to receive onboarding email in their mailbox, after they are invited to BlockID password less enrollment by administrator

Solution

This error might occur when [email protected] is not marked as a trusted sender to receive emails from. 


Steps

  • Check your spam/junk folder for email from [email protected]
  • Ensure that the receiver's email address is not in the email gateway suppression list.
