Problem
Users are unable to receive onboarding email in their mailbox, after they are invited to BlockID password less enrollment by administrator
Solution
This error might occur when [email protected] is not marked as a trusted sender to receive emails from.
- Onboarding invites are sent from 1kosmos, from the mail id [email protected]
Steps
- Check your spam/junk folder for email from [email protected]
- Ensure that the receiver's email address is not in the email gateway suppression list.
