Problem
When user chooses to authenticate to BlockID AdminX ,"something went wrong" message is displayed
Solution
This error might occur when system time is out of sync
Windows
- Navigate to Date and Time settings on your windows
- Enable “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically” options
- Close the web browser and authenticate again
