AdminX QR render fails with A00006 error

Problem

When user chooses to authenticate to BlockID AdminX ,"something went wrong" message is displayed 


 

Solution

This error might occur when system time is out of sync


Windows

  1. Navigate to Date and Time settings on your windows
  2. Enable “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically” options 
  3. Close the web browser and authenticate again
